- confirmation of the reservation is a 30% prepayment by bank transfer to the account within 2 days
-the remaining payment for the stay is payable on the day of arrival at check-in, before collecting the keys
-we accept payment in cash or possibly by credit card
- the reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the Guest's arrival / the prepayment will then be refunded up to 14 working days from the date of cancellation /
- in the case of cancellation of the reservation from 14 to 7 days before arrival, the Guest may change the reservation date to another available / max. 3 months from the date of the original stay / Prepayment is then transferred to the new date, but the amount for the stay may differ /
- cancellation of the reservation up to 7 days before arrival or no-show at the hotel on the day of arrival will result in the loss of the 30% prepayment
-for shortening the stay by the Guest, we do not refund the amount due
-possibility of early check-in from 14:00 - 30 PLN and check out until 12:00 - 30 PLN / depending on availability /
- smoking is prohibited inside the entire facility - failure to do so is associated with a penalty of PLN 500 / you can smoke outside the building /
- in the event of losing the keys from the facility, the guest will be charged the amount of PLN 300
- we are not responsible for any leftover valuables, money etc.
-The guest is responsible for causing damage to the facility
-The night silence lasts from 22:00 to 8:00
